HOW TO ORDER
1. Pick your print size and background colour (Please see photo for colour options).
2. Once you have purchased the order, please send a high-resolution photo by contacting us (Attach an image) - please check our image guidelines below (SELECTING THE PERFECT PICTURE) for more information.
3. Our team will get your pet picture turned into a digital illustration pet portrait. Once the design has been finalised (within 1-2 working days of ordering) we will send you a watermarked copy to review and confirm. If you are happy with the design we will start production immediately, otherwise, we can make unlimited alterations until you are 100% satisfied.
4. Your personalised portrait will then be processed, printed (1-2 working days) & shipped (Shipping time will depend on location, please see our delivery estimates below).

SELECTING THE PERFECT PICTURE
• First things first, make sure there is enough natural lighting (if possible) when taking the photo and your pet is in focus, please don’t use filters.
• Try to make sure your pet's limbs/ears are in full view (not covered by a blanket or other objects).
• Ensure your pet is looking at the camera and facing forward.
• Use a high-resolution image (taken directly from a phone or camera) for best results.
• If you are still unsure then please message us with your picture and we will let you know if it is suitable.
